MEMBERSHIP OF THE BRITISH URUGUAYAN SOCIETY IS OPEN TO ALL PERSONS OR ORGANISATIONS WISHING TO SUPPORT ITS OBJECTIVES.
Members pay an annual subscription according to the type of membership. This is due on the 1st July each year. The Society does not charge a joining fee.
Individual membership: £15.00 (click here to download form)

Corporate membership: £50.00 (click here to download form)
Contributions from companies and individuals are essential to the Society’s efforts to meet its goals and to make donations to the charities it supports. Companies active in Uruguay and/or the UK are encouraged to become corporate members.
As a British-Uruguayan Society member you will receive:
- Regular newsletters with events programmed. You may invite guests to the Society’s events.
- News about other Uruguayan events.
PAYMENTS OF SUBSCRIPTIONS - These can be paid as follows:
- STANDING ORDER – We encourage members to use this payment method, as it reduces expenses and keeps subscriptions up to date. You can download the standing order form from this website (click here to download form) or we can send you one on request (see address below).
- CHEQUE – Please make your cheque payable to The British-Uruguayan Society and send it to the Secretary (Mrs Mirta Pither, 18 Longland Drive, London, N20 8HE).

Como socio de la Sociedad Británico-Uruguaya usted recibirá:
- Boletines informativos con detalles de las actividades programadas, a las cuales los socios pueden traer invitados.
- Información acerca de otros eventos relacionados con el Uruguay.
PAGO DE LAS CUOTAS – El pago anual puede realizarse:
- A TRAVÉS DE SU BANCO – Este es el método preferido si usted es residente en el Reino Unido. El pago automático reduce los costos para la Sociedad y mantiene su suscripción al día. Puede bajar el formulario correspondiente (click here to download form) de nuestra página web o solicitar a la Secretaria (ver abajo) que se le envíe uno por correo.
- CON CHEQUE – El cheque debe extenderse a nombre de The British-Uruguayan Society y ser enviado a la Secretaria (Mrs Mirta Pither, 18 Longland Drive, London, N20 8HE).
